MEET THE JOP TEAM... WELL REALLY THE JOP FAMILY

I can’t begin to express how blessed I am as a photographer and business owner of Jenn Ocken Photography! JOP has beautiful energy all on her own. Along with the love, trust and gratitude our clients give us daily, it is beyond any measure that I can ever explain. Being the owner of JOP and photographing for the amazing JOP clients throughout the years gives me more than enough reason to wake up smiling with joy and gratitude everyday. On top of the loyalty my clients give JOP, I have an outstanding and committed team. Our two other lead photographers have been with me since I moved to Baton Rouge. I have been blessed by LSU to send me some pretty creative, talented, and amazing kids to mentor. These interns have become my office managers, my editors, my assistants and lead photographers, as well as, friends (maybe more like family). JOP is more than a set of talented experienced photographers; we have become a family depending on each other’s talent, creative inspiration, critiques and encouragement. You can find us hanging out at tailgates, St. Patrick’s Day Parade, exhibits and social art hops, or one of my famous Holiday Hump Day Parties. We eat dinner together, we encourage one another, and we laugh at each other’s jokes.

You see these people are more than just a group of photographers that show up at your event; we are a team. We know how each other will react, we know each other’s strengths and we inspire each other. We not only love shooting together, but we love hanging out together. It’s quite amazing that I could be blessed to have such quality souls as part of JOP… and the even more amazing thing is to see us in action!

We truly have a blast capturing the fine art of life, because together we love to celebrate the fine art of life!
